Awesome people, went in for adjustments on my new fishing hat, fixed me up quickly and gave me lots of tips to take care of my palm leaf.

I had ordered a few custom hats and the stitching of the lettering turned out great as well they have a large selection of cowboy hats from Stetson and men & women’s western clothing too.

A few months back, I decided to Google, “Hat makers near me”, and boy am I damn glad I did. Lord knows I’ve taken up a lot of their time over the phone asking various questions and scheduling times to come visit them to purchase and shape hats, but they have made me feel welcome and like a priority every step of the way. I cannot recommend this shop enough, and cannot wait to send them more business getting custom hats made for the rest of my family, and get them on Riley Green’s radar, so help me God.

I was traveling from out of state and stopped in to pick up a Resistol hat based on the outstanding Google reviews I saw online. I met with Natalie who had it custom-fitted and shaped right on the spot, and her attention to detail was top-tier. She took the time to make sure the sizing, crown, and brim were dialed in perfectly.
My only genuine complaint? I’m genuinely upset they aren’t closer to where I live in Maryland! It’s rare to find this level of true craftsmanship and hospitality. If you're anywhere near the area—or even passing through like I was—do yourself a favor and check them out. 5 stars without any hesitation whatsoever!

I went for a hat band and they cleaned up my hat and got me out the door with my old hat looking and feeling like new, wonderful customer service and a cozy layout.
