I had a hat repaired that needed custom feathers, and Moonridge went above and beyond to find the exact match. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and the level of customer service they provided was outstanding. I was incredibly impressed with the final result and would highly recommend them!!

Man we love this place!!!! Went in to pick up an online order, we had the pleasure of being helped by Rebecca. She went above and beyond to help me add a new hat to my pick up and went even further to help my daughter find the right fit for her since the one I ordered online was the wrong size. Such a pleasure dealing with every single person involved in this store. And they would never let us leave without being 100% satisfied with our purchases. Can't wait to go back. These people deserve all of y'all's business no lie. And the selection is great there is something in there for everyone. 10 stars. Went in with no idea what I wanted and within 30 minutes we were out of there with 2 new hats one reshaped and one customized for the wife. Already can't wait to go back in and give these folks all my money. If your on the fence just climb on down and get in there. This is one of those places you just know your gonna be a regular at. Top tier customer service. !!! And yes I added my own feather to mine when I got home even though she had TONS to choose from
